三、制漆、施工及注意事項

1、施工條件

⑴、施工環境濕度小于85%，溫度在10～40℃之間，理想溫度在15～35℃之間，並保持良好的通風；

⑵、基面保持幹燥，要清除浮塵、舊塗層等，且達到一定的平整度和粗糙度。並作斷水處理，不得有積水。

2、封閉底漆：644：560=1：1混合均勻，添加2～4倍的水混勻即可使用，可選用刷塗、滾塗、噴塗等工藝均勻塗在水泥基面上，塗裝後3～4小時可進行下一道塗裝。如果基面強度較差，需塗裝2次底漆；

注意：混合好的644Epoxy+560底漆須在1小時內使用完畢，過期會凝膠報廢。

3、面漆配制方法：祥見參考配方，使用時才加入628，攪拌均勻後即可塗裝，每道塗層不宜厚塗，要讓水分盡快揮發，防止出現氣孔。塗裝後6～8小時可進行下一道塗裝。

注意：已加入628的面漆須在1小時內使用完畢，過期會凝膠報廢。

4、自然養護25℃24小時實幹，完全固化需7天，施工環氧樹脂後保養7-10天方可使用。

四、包裝、儲運

1、塑料桶包裝，每桶50公斤∕200公斤，可根據客戶需求包裝；

2、密閉儲運，避免高溫、陽光直照及冷凍，儲存期爲壹年。

外籍看護-加拿大臨時外勞申請大減 政府改革實效受質疑

　　 ，加拿大聯邦就業部長康尼1人力仲介6日表示，自從聯邦政府在年初宣布徹底改革臨時外勞計劃以來，臨時外勞的申請宗數已經顯著下跌，7月和8月的申請數字較2012年同期大幅減少74%。

　　康尼出席國會衆議院質詢環節，響應反對派議員的質詢。他表示保守黨政府年初宣布對臨時外勞計劃作出根本改革，以確保計劃不會被濫用，而且能夠確保加拿大人在勞動力市場獲得優先考慮。

　　康尼在發言中提到：“自從宣布這些改革以後，我們見到雇主申請臨時外勞的宗數減少75%”，而根據聯邦就業部的資料，7月和8月份的臨時外勞申請數目，較改革公布前的2012年同期減少74%。

　　新外勞仲介民主黨專責評論就業及移民事務的國外籍廠工會議員辛绮麗(Jinny Sims)則舉例反駁，稱沙省有58名電工在5月遭到Alliance Energy解雇，但臨時外勞反而繼續受聘，她歸咎于規例的一項嚴重漏洞，質疑政府能否作出實質改革，並制訂實質處分。

　　康尼則促請辛绮麗外籍幫傭把案件提交加拿大服務局或邊境服務局，以便局方對展開正式調查。但數據卻顯示，聯邦政府早前完成外勞仲介對該的調查，並報告指雇主完全符合臨時外勞計劃的規定。

　　聯邦政府在6月公布的新規例，要求雇主符外籍看護合嚴格的准則，方可申請臨時外勞，以保障加拿大人有優先就業機會，但有雇主卻投訴指新規定過于繁重，導致業務人力仲介公司難以在低失業率地區營運。
